By accessing or using FBOTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FBOTrack is a service tracking platform for fixed base operators. It provides tools for logging fueling operations, ground services, fuel inventory management, fleet tracking, and employee management through web and iOS applications.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password or security PIN with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your FBO manager immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use FBOTrack only for its intended purpose of tracking FBO operations. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
FBOTrack operates on a monthly subscription basis billed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled. If payment fails or your subscription is canceled, your account will be placed in read-only mode. Data is retained for 90 days after subscription cancellation.
You retain ownership of all service records and operational data you enter into FBOTrack. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
FBOTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate records. FBOTrack is a tracking tool and should not be used as the sole source of truth for regulatory compliance.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Your FBO manager may deactivate your account at any time. Upon termination, your personal data will be removed but anonymized service records may be retained.
